We believe in giving more than we take. Borkar Realty understands the environmental concerns and takes it as its responsibility to do its bit.
Our aim is to perform and promote conservation, through every possible action. Our on-going and upcoming projects are integrated with Solar Heaters, Rain Water Harvesting System, EV Charging Station, Waste Management System, Sensor based lighting & several other Conservation Centric Eco-friendly Products.
We are striving to create environmentally conscious designs that smartly and efficiently bring fresh air inside the buildings and help to deliver and maintain good indoor air quality and seamless ventilation.
This year, we have pledged to plant and nurture over 500 native trees at our farms in Konkan, which is our first small step towards restoring our depleting ecosystem.
